In Home Personal Services has our own financial requirements to qualify and you will be required to pay a franchise fee, all build-out costs for your office / work space, furniture, office equipment, professional services, contractor fees, signage, and marketing collateral. You must also make sure you have enough working capital not just to open your business, but to stay in business until the business is self-supporting.
Don’t forget that you will need a healthy supply of working capital until your business is in full swing. Franchising is not without risks, your investment should be carefully planned and reviewed to decrease the risk of financial loss.

If you are awarded a franchise for an In Home Personal Services territory, you must pay us an Initial Franchise Fee of in a lump sum when you sign the Franchise Agreement. The Initial Franchise Free is $65.000.
In Home Personal Services offers qualified individuals to begin their franchising in a much bigger way. We welcome master franchisees and multi-unit (multiple territory) operators. This opportunity makes it possible to have some of the vary same benefits a franchiser has in your very own territory. These territories are much larger and require a significant investment. Because In Home Personal Services is committed to the growth of the franchise system, current Franchisees in good standing have the ability to expand their protected territories, subject to approval and availability, at a discounted rate.
A current franchisee looking to expand their business can expect to pay a franchisee fee of $48,600 for any new protected territories they may be awarded. This does not include costs associated with obtaining new licenses, insurance and additional office space.
If you are an employee of ours or our affiliates; a veteran; or a health care employee such as a registered nurse, medical doctor, nurse practitioner, physician’s assistant, licensed practical nurse, occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist or social worker you must pay us an Initial Franchise fee of $52,000 when you sign the Franchise Agreement.
*Except as stated above, the Initial Franchise Fee is uniform as to all franchisees.
While no home care, medical or advanced business experience is required to be awarded a franchise, we believe that it is a valued asset to have when starting your franchise business.
New Prospective Franchisees can expect start-up costs to range between $99,400 to $168,000. These figures includes initial franchise fees and contributions of $65,000.
In Home Personal Services has done its best to estimate fees for all licensing, insurance fees and pre-opening costs; but these fees can vary depending on the individual tastes on the new franchisee owner and how much is spent on rent and design of your new office space.

As with most other Franchising systems, In Home Personal Services, requires a royalty payment each month. This contributions go to operating costs, marketing funds, and adds to the overall strength of the franchise. A complete break down of all royalties and their percentages can be found in our FDD. Please request more information and we will be happy to provide you our most current copy of our FDD and answer any questions that you have.
In Home Personal Services does not offer, either directly or indirectly, any financing arrangements to our franchisees. Unlike a start-up business where financing or getting a loan can be extremely difficult, by franchising you will be joining a proven system. The best place to start learning about loan programs or special financing options is to talk to us. We specialize in helping people start a franchise, and more importantly helping to decide if our system is right for you. Most sharp operators use the following sequence of contacts: friends and relatives, home mortgages, veterans’ loans, bank loans, SBA loans and finance companies.
Before you invest in a franchise system, think about the following:
